Preservation Freedom offers property security, maintenance, and management services. We employ a nationwide network to provide exceptional service to each of our clients. Our services include securing property, removing debris, and completing any and all ongoing maintenance. Preservation Freedom maintains the highest levels of professionalism to help ensure compliance and minimize risk.

OUR TEAM
Glenn Tinney is the Co-founder of Preservation Freedom, LLC. He is an industry subject matter expert with a proven, successful track record of consistency, quality, and satisfactory client services. Mr. Tinney has more than 20 years of experience in property management mortgage default services and property preservation field operations.
Leslee Harrell is our Chief Financial Officer of Preservation Freedom, LLC. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, payroll, strategic spending, audits, budgeting, and forecasting. Mrs. Harrell has more than 12 years of experience, Leslee has found her knack for developing business processes, products, and new technology initiatives for many lean startups.
Susan Harknett oversees operations and new technology initiatives. She is a strategically-minded senior executive with an accomplished entrepreneurial track record of top-notch leadership and team building, with strong execution capability in gaining operational efficiency and increasing organizational capacity.
Emilio Mestre is our Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Mestre is also the owner of Marketing Social in San Diego, CA where he works with various companies and industries to assist with establishing branding, social media and marketing initiatives.
Danielle Carter is our Operations Manager of Preservation Freedom, LLC. Her responsibilities include conducting research, investigating workflows, and business procedures, and recommending changes. She also assists with payroll, work orders, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting. Mrs. Carter has more than 5 years of industry experience.
Amy Tinney is our CHRO and Co-founder. Mrs. Tinney is responsible for developing and executing our human resource strategy. Her focus is directed more specifically on strategic growth planning, talent management, performance management, training, and development. She provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans for current and future operations.
